Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, have a passion for guest relations, and be able to handle various front desk responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with their requests. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to guests. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service at all times. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele. Experience with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is a plus. Proficient phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively. Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members alike.
