Alignment with these values is essential to success. Position Summary Crags Lodge is seeking friendly and professional Part-Time Front Desk Agents to serve as the first point of contact for guests. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout the guest experience, from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression Promote and embody the VIVAMEE Virtues in all interactions Process guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness Maintain accurate records and process payments using PMS systems Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and professional Qualifications Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills; PMS experience preferred Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and punctuality Compensation & Benefits $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (non-exempt, overtime eligible) Flexible part-time scheduling Employee discounts and resort perks Opportunities for growth within Vivamee Hospitality Why Join Crags Lodge?
