Front Desk Agent

Position Overview:

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guest interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn different areas of hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide warm and efficient service to all guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism and care Perform nightly audit duties including balancing accounts and preparing reports Answer phone calls and manage reservations accurately Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Support other departments such as housekeeping, breakfast, and laundry as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations Uphold Marriott brand standards and promote a positive team environment

Qualifications:

Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required; we're happy to train the right person Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
