Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Position Summary The Wyndham Denver Tech Center Hotel is seeking a professional, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience while handling front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest service requests. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and hotel services Process reservations, payments, adjustments, and nightly transactions Resolve guest concerns and service issues promptly and professionally Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate guest records within the property management system Monitor room availability and communicate with third-party booking channels Follow all hotel cash-handling, safety, and security procedures Maintain a clean and professional front desk environment Qualifications Previous hotel front desk experience preferred Previous customer service or hospitality experience strongly preferred Prior experience with Opera Cloud is a plus Experience working with third-party booking channels and OTA reservations (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) preferred Prior experience working at a Wyndham-branded property is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and cash-handling skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible scheduling availability Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Compensation Pay Range:
