Job Summary:

We're looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. You are the first point of contact for all guests and help make their stay a memorable one. • Greet and check in guests with warmth and efficiency
• Process check-outs and handle billing inquiries
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests with professionalism
• Provide information about the resort and surrounding area
• Maintain a polished appearance and positive demeanor
• Support team operations and assist with special projects as needed

Job Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
