Full Time Position Overview The Hotel Operations Agent is a full time, cross trained role supporting daily hotel operations at a small property. This position assists with front desk coverage across all shifts, housekeeping, and breakfast service as needed. Ideal for a dependable team member who enjoys variety and responsibility in a small hotel environment. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations Greet and assist guests professionally Handle check ins and check outs Manage reservations, payments, and guest inquiries Answer phones and respond to guest needs Cover AM, PM, and Night Audit shifts as scheduled Housekeeping Support Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to brand standards Assist with laundry, linens, and restocking Support room inspections and deep cleaning as needed Breakfast Service Prepare and set up continental breakfast Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area Restock items and follow food safety standards General Operations Maintain cleanliness of public areas Assist with light maintenance reporting Support overall guest satisfaction and hotel operations Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable, self motivated, and able to work independently Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs Compensation $17.00 to $20.00 per hour , based on experience and flexibility Night Audit coverage and full shift availability support higher pay placement
