Front Desk Associate

Quality Inn & Suites in Limon is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, handling reservations, answering phones, and assisting with guest inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes Answer phone calls and manage room reservations Handle guest concerns and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions Process payments and maintain accurate records Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean and organized Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (training provided)
