Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this lively role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your energy and professionalism will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries efficiently Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, demonstrating strong customer service and guest relations skills Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest services best practices is a plus Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes every guest feel valued! Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
