Guest Experience Specialist Italic Catering, Dickens Opera House & The Passenger Restaurant Longmont, CO Job Details $23 - $38 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Sales In-person customer service Cultural competency Conflict management Beverage pairing Event customer service Event logistics coordination Full Job Description The Passenger is seeking hospitality-driven team members who thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment where food, cocktails, ambiance, and connection come together. This is a hybrid front-of-house position combining elements of serving, bartending, and elevated guest hospitality. Our team members are cross-trained to create seamless and memorable experiences throughout the restaurant and Dickens Opera House. Earnings mentioned are the normal ranges of base wage + tips. On special days such as Mother's Day, tips are much higher. Base wage ranges from $11.40 to $14, depending on experience. What Makes The Passenger Different Located beneath the historic Dickens Opera House, The Passenger blends globally inspired cuisine, craft cocktails, music, art, and immersive hospitality into an experience designed to make guests slow down, savor, and linger.
Compensation:
$23 - $38 is typical earning with tips
Responsibilities:
Guide guests through food, cocktail, wine, and zero-proof menus Provide attentive and knowledgeable table service Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a warm, polished, and welcoming atmosphere Assist with opening/closing side work and maintaining service standards Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth dining flow and guest satisfaction Support private events, live music nights, and special experiences as needed
Qualifications:
