The Details You'll Own The Welcome:

Create a seamless check-in that feels like a greeting between friends, not a transaction.

The Adventure Guide:

Provide discerning, "locals-only" advice on Manitou Springs—from the best post-hike burritos to the quietest times for the sauna.

The Hub:

Manage the flow of the lobby and outdoor spaces. If the hot tub patio looks messy or the coffee bar is low, you fix it before a guest notices.
