Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate reservation records, process cancellations, modifications, and special requests seamlessly. Assist with night audit responsibilities, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to foster loyalty and positive reviews. Skills Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently while maintaining accuracy under pressure. Exceptional communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to interact confidently with guests and team members alike.
