Part Time Front Desk Staff

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part Time Front Desk Staff member to join our team! This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys providing exceptional customer service, and has a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth studio operations. At this time, we are primarily looking for someone to cover Saturdays , with additional opportunities to pick up shifts as needed. Even if you are working just one day per week, you will still receive a free studio membership as part of your employment. This position offers flexible hours and a free studio membership. Responsibilities Greet all students and visitors with a warm, welcoming, and professional attitude Check students into classes using studio software (MindBody) Assist with class bookings, cancellations, and schedule inquiries Provide information on memberships, class packages, pricing, and studio offerings Process payments, retail sales, and membership transactions accurately Answer phone calls and respond in an timely and professional manner Support new students with registration, onboarding, and studio orientation Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area Assist with studio upkeep, including tidying props, retail displays, and common areas Communicate schedule changes, updates, or studio announcements to students as needed Support instructors and studio management to ensure smooth daily operations Create a positive, calm, and supportive environment aligned with the studio's values If you're passionate about wellness, enjoy practicing yoga, and are looking to grow in a supportive studio environment, we'd love to connect with you.
