Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and excellent guest service skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with guests, we would love to hear from you. This is a full time position. No seasonal employees please.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the salon
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Coordinate with other salon staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Salon or spa background is advantageous
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
