The ideal candidate for this position has above average customer service skills, is able to remain calm under pressure, and possesses strong organizational skills. We're looking for someone who can quickly make a judgment call, and our Front Desk Agents must also possess a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Process guest check-in, room assignments. Check-out and collect payments. Answer phones and inquiries in a timely manner. Answer guest questions and requests. Manage on line and telephone reservations. This includes same day and future reservations. Take and place wake up calls. Run, distribute and file required daily reports as directed. Must possess a consistent professional and positive attitude when communicating with guests and associates. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
