Front Desk Associate

Job Summary The Interlaken Inn is a 90-room resort, conference center, and wedding venue in Connecticut. We are on 30 acres of beautiful land in between two gorgeous lakes. We are seeking exceptional people to join our team and help our guests have the best experience possible. The front desk is the hub of our property so the right candidates need to have excellent customer service, phone skills, computer skills, and lots of enthusiasm. The Interlaken Inn is a great place to learn, try new things, and meet lots of great people. Responsibilities:

Greeting & directing guests as they enter the hotel Answering the phone & creating reservations Checking guests in and out Reception work including organizing files, answering emails, etc. Keeping the desk area tidy and presentable at all times Actively promoting all of the offerings at the Interlaken Follow procedures & communicate with other team members
