Job Description

Our team is looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent/Audit to manage all aspects of front desk operations and be a key person of reference for our guests and vendors. To be successful in this role, you will need to extend professionalism and courtesy, have outstanding communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction. Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements. Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures. Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel. Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping. Other duties as assigned.
  • This position is 2 days of Night Audit and 3 days PM Shift.
  • This position may require flexible scheduling availability.
  • 2 years of Hospitality Experience.
Responsibilities Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred. Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
