Position Summary As a Front Office Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a seamless check-in and check-out process. Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally. Manage room assignments, reservations, and upgrades when applicable. Process payments, verify identification, and maintain accurate records. Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner. Collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Address guest complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment. Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Assist with luggage storage, package handling, and other guest service needs as required. Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in hotel property management systems (experience with Opera and Colleague Advantage is a plus). Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift. Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
