Job Description

The State Plaza Hotel has excellent an excellent opportunity for qualified, responsible hospitality professional to join our team as Overnight Services.
The position will:
Assist guests with luggage and overnight requests Monitor hotel entrances, lobby, and public areas Conduct routine property patrols and report concerns Respond to guest disturbances, noise complaints, and emergencies Support overnight hotel operations and guest service needs Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times The successful candidate must be reliable and have excellent customer service skills. Candidates must be willing to work the overnight shift and flexible to work weekends and holidays. Previous Hotel experience is preferred. Candidates' must have a valid drivers' license.
