Aventura, FL Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Computer operation Guest relations Outdoor work Computer literacy High school diploma or GED POS systems Full Job Description Scope of Position The Racquet Club Attendant provides friendly, attentive service in a premium pickleball and padel environment. Responsible for keeping courts clean, organized, and guest-ready, this role supports reservations and equipment rentals while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all players. Position Requirements Professional demeanor and happy attitude. Previous experience in a recreational, hospitality or sports family environment is a plus. Basic understanding of pickleball or willingness to learn. A creative and enthusiastic approach to engaging guests. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt activities to suit various age groups and interests. Basic computer knowledge (Micros or other POS systems). Outstanding and professional guest services skills. Organized and the ability to facilitate multiple people and skill sets at the same time. Knowledge of supplies. Excellent eye for detail and the ability to multi-task. Experience setting up, operating and breaking down events. Responsibilities Greet all members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner Ensure all courts are clean, safe, and properly set up with nets and equipment Monitor court activity, ensuring rules and time limits are respectfully followed Manage court reservations, walk-ins, and cancellations efficiently Assist with guest check-in, memberships, and payment processing as needed Provide accurate information on club rules, pickleball and padel basics, and upcoming events or lessons Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or facility concerns to management Support light maintenance tasks and assist with event setup or breakdown as required Education High school diploma or GED Skills and Abilities Ability to communicate in the English language. Second language is a plus. Ability to work independently in a safe and organized manner. Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends and able to perform multiple tasks. Experience using computers and software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Physical Requirements Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to be outdoors for long periods of time. Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including heat, sun, wind, and rain. Must be physically fit to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 pounds.
