Hotel Agent

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries effectively. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems or in-person interactions. Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints in a professional manner. Maintain knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and resort services to provide recommendations. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Requirements Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A genuine passion for guest services and hospitality management. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with guests.
