- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Giving client's consent forms and walking them to their room/ or bed depending on service ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Provide information about our services, cost, and how long the services take and last
- Answer phone calls, take appointments over the phone and in person and assist with inquiries
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently in square
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Occasionally sweep/mop and take trash out
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area Qualifications
THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE STUDENT
- Spanish speaking a bonus and sale/appointment setting a bonus
- Must be willing to close the store on their own
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
