Night Audit/Front Desk Agent

```Duties``` We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests and checking them in/out of the hotel
• Assisting guests with inquiries and providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Managing reservations and room assignments
• Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
• Assisting with night audit duties as needed ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
