What is a Guest Experience Specialist?
- A Guest Experience Specialist is a team member who directly assists guests at the restaurant. You are the first line of defense on making sure the guest has a memorable experience at Crydermans Barbecue. What is expected
- Full knowledge and understanding of our culture and menu items
- Front of House position providing support to the foodservice line
- Meat cutter/serving sides/cashier
- Open and closing duties/dishwashing
- Guest relations
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Positive attitude
- Flexible schedule/open availability
- Ability to work as a team
