The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Front Desk Agent will manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle reservations and cancellations through phone systems and online platforms. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests effectively. Skills Strong phone etiquette to communicate professionally with guests over the phone. Background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Excellent guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with hospitality software and phone systems is an asset. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Ability to perform night audit tasks accurately when needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest records.
