Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your energy and professionalism will set the tone for an enjoyable stay, making guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Support night audit procedures when scheduled, verifying daily financial transactions for accuracy. Foster positive guest relations through attentive service and proactive problem-solving. Assist with front desk operations during busy periods or staff shortages to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hospitality management background is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly valued to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency. Previous experience in hotel experience or resort environments is desirable. Knowledge of guest services, hotel management software, and night audit procedures is advantageous. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Pay:
$15.50 - $26.55 per hour
