Hotel Front Desk Attendant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property's vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.

Compensation:

$15 hourly

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and patrons to find out their room needs as well as the reason for their visit and manage the registration process Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports for the next shift. Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint This is a part-time position. Hours are 3 pm-11 pm and some overnights 11 pm-7 am. Must be able to work both shifts.
