Coral Reef Activity Center is a children's activity center focuses on child development through sports & activities. We currently offer preschool gymnastics, preschool dance, preschool ninja, school age gymnastics, school age dance, school age cheer, school age ninja, competitive gymnastics, All-Star Cheer, Day Camp, Birthday Parties & After School Program. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Specialist to ensure our guests receive the highest level of service.
Job Description:
As the Hospitality Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring the smooth check-in and check-out of guests, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns. Ensure front desk operations comply with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met. Manage inventory of front desk supplies and ensure they are well-stocked. Prepare and present reports on front desk operations to upper management. Monitor guest service standards and procedures. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new front desk staff. Maintain customer accounts Cross selling our programs to our guests Giving tours to potential clients Contact potential clients to ensure the best experience possible
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred). Proven experience in front desk or similar role in the hospitality industry. Excellent customer service and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Google Office. Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Fluent in
