Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, taking orders with enthusiasm while explaining the menu and ingredients. Accurately process transactions using our

TOAST POS

system through cash or card. Bake empanadas and other menu items while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Assist with food prep, including basic cooking tasks, ingredient portioning, and packaging for takeout or dine-in orders. Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow during busy hours. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service restaurants, cafes, or grocery stores is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems like TOAST or Micros POS is preferred; cash handling skills. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that creates a positive guest experience. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
