Front Desk Agent

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property's vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.

Compensation:

$17 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and patrons to find out their room needs as well as the reason for their visit and manage the registration process Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions. Take reservations in person, via email, or over the phone, including group bookings. Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
