Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Guest Agent, where your energy and dedication will create memorable experiences for every guest. In this vibrant role, you will be the welcoming face of our Convention Style Hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster guest loyalty and elevate their stay from ordinary to extraordinary. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes while efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest profiles in the hotel management system Answer all incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately within the hotel Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly Uphold high standards of guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay Assist with administrative tasks such as managing multi-line phone systems, logging incidents, and preparing shift reports Conduct night audit procedures if• scheduled to do so, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed and recorded. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality, management, or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software preferred Experience with night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guests effectively Join us as a Front Desk Guest Agent where your enthusiasm fuels memorable stays!
