Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent customer service and phone etiquette Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data integrity Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold high standards of guest relations Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest services and hotel operations Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, night audit procedures, and front desk software platforms Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with a professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience working in hospitality or guest relations roles is preferred Must have Hotel experience.
