As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring that they have a welcoming and memorable experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure
• Manage the front desk efficiently, including handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Handle guest room assignments, room keys, and special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Utilize the hotel's phone system to communicate with guests and internal departments
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve hotel goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's services, amenities, and policies
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management Skills
• Proficiency in hotel operations and hospitality
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems
• Shiji PMS system knowledge a strong plus but not required
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
• Experience with hospitality management software and technology
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
• Weekend Morning/Evenings a must.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
