Job Description

Job Summary The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests at our hotels and resorts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in managing guest arrivals and departures, handling reservations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the arrival and departure processes efficiently and accurately. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests and all guest calls are resolved. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Skills Strong background in hospitality / customer experience roles or experience in a resort setting is preferred. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Excellent phone etiquette to manage incoming calls professionally. Proven skills in guest relations to foster positive interactions with all visitors. Experience in front desk operations within a hotel environment is highly desirable.
