In this vital role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure every guest's experience is memorable and seamless. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for a positive stay, creating a warm and inviting environment for all visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier guest relations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation processing Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room assignments Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly Conduct night audits when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently when required Previous experience in resort or hotel settings is preferred but not mandatory A passion for hospitality management and delivering exceptional guest experiences Join our team as a Front Office Agent and be part of a vibrant environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
