Job Description

Schedule:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM The Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience from arrival to departure. This role includes managing check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations and payments, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care, all in accordance with Hampton Inn and Hilton brand standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests efficiently. Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance cash drawers. Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest needs. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Hilton brand service standards.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor. Basic computer and administrative skills; hotel system experience preferred. Prior hospitality or front desk experience is a plus.
