•STAYpms System Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Agent working evening shifts! As the first point of contact, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere, manage guest inquiries, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management software such as StayPMS. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently. Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies. Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting. Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently to ensure guest safety at all times. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette. Previous experience in night audit functions or resort environments is a plus. This role offers an energetic environment where your hospitality expertise can shine!
