- Condominium Building We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Management Office Manager at a condominium building.
This position requires someone who is organized, personable, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a professional environment. This is a part time position working six hour shifts 4 days per week. Nights and weekend hours may also be needed. Shift flexibility is needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Perform data entry related to resident registrations and other property management records Assist in the enforcement of condominium association rules and regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common work areas Monitor security and access protocols as needed Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and management Support administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs Assisting with keeping the building clean and organized Other duties as assigned to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
Prior experience in property management or front desk/reception work preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with good organizational habits Able to work independently and as part of a team Time management abilities Professional appearance and demeanor This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the property management field while contributing to a well-maintained and community-oriented environment.
