This role is on-site at the Fontainebleau Hotel and requires someone who can shift gears — from checking in guests to supporting scheduling and HR tasks — without missing a beat. What you'll do: Check in guests and manage front-facing interactions — you're often the first and last impression Perform and coordinate cleaning of units when requested — hands-on when neededUse and learn operations tools and platforms — comfort with technology is a must Manage and coordinate scheduling for team members Assist with HR tasks as needed — onboarding support, basic documentation, coordination Step in wherever operational support is needed — this role doesn't have hard edges What we're looking for: Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk — hotel experience preferred Comfortable talking to people directly and handling whatever comes up with a calm, professional attitude Experience with cleaning and property upkeep — willing to get hands-on when the job calls for itTech-savvy enough to learn internal tools quickly and troubleshoot basic operational issues Organized and reliable — someone who follows through without being chasedAdaptable — this is a small operation and priorities shift If you've worked in vacation rentals, property management, or hotel operations and you're comfortable wearing multiple hats, this role is a strong fit.
