Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. Your multilingual skills and hospitality expertise will help foster guest satisfaction and loyalty, making each stay special. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while delivering top-tier customer service in a lively resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and routing calls accurately Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and room assignments using hotel management software Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure excellent guest relations through attentive service and clear communication Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to assist diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest relations and resort operations Ability to handle night audit procedures or work during overnight shifts is a plus Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
