The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and create a welcoming experience for every guest. Hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a positive attitude. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude Check guests in and out using hotel systems Answer phone calls and assist with reservations Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly Process payments and maintain accurate records Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Follow hotel policies and brand standards Requirements Customer service or hotel experience preferred Strong communication and computer skills Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Bilingual is a plus Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within the hotel industry Employee hotel discounts Training provided
