We're seeking a dedicated, professional, and service-minded Front Desk Agent to be a key part of our team. This is more than a front desk position — it's a vital role in a high-energy, supportive environment where excellence, teamwork, and a passion for wellness come together.
What You'll Do:
Welcome members and guests with professionalism, warmth, and energy Support membership sales and onboarding, guiding new members through their options Assist with member account management (billing updates, payments, inquiries) Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked facility Help uphold the standards of a clean and safe training environment Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless, supportive experience
Who You Are:
Friendly, reliable, and committed to top-tier customer service Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Communicates clearly and professionally Passionate about health, wellness, and creating a positive atmosphere Bonus Skills (Not Required): Bilingual (especially Spanish/English) Experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer-facing roles Why Join Elev8tion?
