As a key ambassador of our brand, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and pampered from the moment they arrive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, multilingual abilities, and passion for creating memorable stays in a vibrant resort setting. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help elevate our guest relations and uphold the highest standards of hotel management. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional front desk experience that sets the tone for their stay Manage multi-line phone systems with polished phone etiquette, efficiently handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and smooth transitions throughout their stay Provide personalized guest services by addressing special requests, offering local information, and resolving issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, night audit procedures, and hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to coordinate guest accommodations, amenities, and special events Uphold hospitality standards by consistently demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and a proactive attitude in all guest interactions Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations within a resort or luxury environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous and efficient manner Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our international clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations Previous hotel experience emphasizing guest services or front desk responsibilities is essential Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced hospitality setting Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences that leave lasting impressions!
