Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent & Night Auditor, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this multifaceted role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service during daytime and overnight shifts. Your expertise in hotel management, guest relations, and night audit procedures will ensure smooth operations, accurate financial reporting, and a warm, inviting atmosphere for all visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier guest services in a vibrant resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV systems and conducting routine safety inspections during night shifts. Assist guests with concierge services such as providing local information, arranging transportation, or addressing special requests to enhance their stay. Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating multilingual communication skills and fostering positive guest relations across diverse clientele. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting is preferred. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software systems. Strong communication skills in multiple languages are highly desirable; bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest services, hotel operations, and phone etiquette. Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling guest relations in fast-paced environments is advantageous. A background in hospitality management or related fields will support success in this energetic role.
