As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed accurately. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and answer any guest inquiries. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including billing information and payments. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in a hospitality setting. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
