Job Description

Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing exceptional customer service, and handling guest accounts at the end of their stay. Must be detail-oriented, possess effective conflict-management skills, and excel in decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and register guests with a professional demeanor. Provide information about hotel amenities and services. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Manage check-ins, check-outs, and billing procedures. Maintain accurate guest records and payment transactions. Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy. All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred. Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently. Must be able to legally work in the USA. Education and Certification(s)/License(s): High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Discover Life at
