In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using office management tools. Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records. Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and managing correspondence. Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed. Maintain a tidy front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and organized. Skills Proven experience in office management or as a receptionist with strong clerical skills. Excellent customer service abilities with professional phone etiquette. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and data entry procedures. Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience with calendar management, proofreading, and administrative support roles. Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required. Personal assistant experience or office experience involving bookkeeping is advantageous.
