Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest services while managing a variety of front desk operations. Your friendly demeanor, multitasking skills, and attention to detail will ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions that leave a lasting positive impression. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a vibrant resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and services Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with professionalism and promptness Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest billing using hotel management software Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy Facilitate guest relations by providing personalized service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Proficiency in hospitality systems and front desk operations Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Experience in hotel or resort environments preferred Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally Knowledge of guest relations strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts for night audit responsibilities Familiarity with hotel experience standards, including guest services and hospitality best practices
