Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the friendly face and welcoming voice for our guests, ensuring their experience from check-in to check-out is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage front desk operations efficiently, including handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries. Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately. Assist guests with their needs during their stay, offering information about amenities, local attractions, and services. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously, seeking effective resolutions. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details through hotel management systems. Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management review. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, especially at the front desk or guest services. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest relations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette. Previous hotel experience in resort settings is preferred but not mandatory.
