Overview Needing someone 4 days a week, working the following schedule:
Thursday:
3pm•11pmFriday:
3pm•11pmSaturday:
7am•3pmSunday:
10am•6pm Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Your energy and professionalism will set the tone for an outstanding stay, making every guest feel valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a lively, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using PEP Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues effectively and courteously Support guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring high levels of customer service throughout their stay Requirements Previous experience in hospitality / front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for shift coverage A proactive attitude with a passion for hospitality, guest relations, and creating positive experiencesPay:
