Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent, where your energy and dedication will ensure our guests experience seamless service around the clock. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during overnight hours, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and maintaining the integrity of our hotel's operations. Your enthusiasm for hospitality management and guest relations will help create memorable stays for every visitor, all while ensuring smooth night-time operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and hospitality expertise in a vibrant resort or hotel environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols, and controlling access to the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support hotel operations Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a focus on guest services Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs courteously and efficiently Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Excellent phone etiquette skills for managing multi-line phone systems professionally Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel operations, and front desk functions Exceptional guest relations skills to foster positive experiences and promote repeat business Ability to remain alert during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail in financial reconciliation and security tasks This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments. Pay:
